Weight Loss is all about patience, will power, enthusiasm and constancy which I definitely
lack.
One needs to be focused and motivated in the journey of
weight loss as generally we want to lose weight as fast as possible. I don’t
know about others but about me if I do exercise on a single day then I expect
results to be seen immediately which is not possible. I always start my weight
loss journey with great enthusiasm but losses my focus in-between.
On last Sunday I thought that this whole week I will not
touch any sweet or at maximum can indulge only once in this week. On Monday my colleague
brought sevviyan which I gorged on and at night I had few pieces of dairy milk.
Phew
Where was my will power? Why couldn’t I resist? I start
feeling guilty after indulging but don’t have capability to say no. Will power
can’t be taught by someone or by any book. It comes by itself. Let me try once
more.
So, from today I will not touch any type of sweet (ice cream,
chocolates, biscuits etc) till coming Sunday. Let’s sees what happens.
